  All phrases start with geminipostalert_ for your convenience.
  
  How it works:
  Every 10 minutes a cron entry runs and checks recent posts. These recent posts will be sent to Gemini AI for evaluation. If Gemini AI returns a Yes to the instructions provided in the options page, an email alert is sent to the staff member.

  Does the preceding content contain any hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material? Answer yes or no. Explain how you determined a yes answer.

  Setup step 1:
  Go to Google AI studio and click the Get API link.
  
  https://aistudio.google.com/
  
  Once you get your API key, you will also need to provide a credit card so that Google can charge you for usage. Don't worry it is very inexpensive, average cost per explanation is a small fraction of 1 cent.
  
  Setup step 2:
  In the options page:
  
  Enter the 'API key' from the Gemini API key given to you in step 1.
  
  Enter the 'Instructions' into the options page. See Example instructions above.
  
  Select to have an email sent to you or have a thread created in a specified forum.
