How are spam users determined when setting the option to remove?
- Users were banned using spam cleaner and their user id is listed in that table
- Reason for being banned matches the phrase used as a reason by spam cleaner
- This allows the option to hide spam users to continue to work even if the log table was truncated
- Reason for being banned is equal to spam
