Callback URL (also called webhook URL) — is the address where Crypoverse sensations payment notifications to your XenForo site. This is critical for automatic payment verification. The add-on provides this URL after saving your payment profile.

### I use Cloudflare/proxy — will it work?
Yes! Simply add the callback URL to the whitelist to allow access to the webhook. Detailed instructions are provided in the setup guide.

### How fast are payments processed?
Payments are usually confirmed within **2–10 minutes** depending on

## Compatibility
### Which versions of XenForo are supported?
**ALL versions of XenForo 2.x are supported:**
- XenForo 2.0.x

There are no version restrictions!

### What about XenForo 1.x?
This addon is only for XenForo 2. x. XenForo 1. x is not supported due to architectural differences.

### Does it work with XenForo Cloud?
Addon installation requests access to the file system. Check with XenForo Cloud support to see what add-ons are needed for custom payment systems.

### Will it conflict with other payment systems?
No! Crypoverse works with other payment methods such as PayPal, Stripe, etc. Users can choose their preferred payment method at checkout.

### How are webhooks protected?

### Payment stuck in status «Pending»
**Common reasons:**
1. Blockchain confirmation delay (wait 5–10 minutes)
2. Webhook does not reach your server (check firewall/proxy)
3. The callback URL is not configured correctly

- Wait for the blockchain confirmation to be completed
- Make sure the callback URL is whitelisted in Cloudflare/proxy

### Custom colors are not displayed

1. Browser cache
